  Allstate Insurance in Oswego, NY has been very supportive and friendly. This is the first home I purchased on my own. I ran into some problems and Allstate was there to advise and help.

  I have never had to file a claim however Phillip Tyler and his staff provides poor customer service. My interactions have not been great in the 3 months I have had Allstate through Phillip Tyler. First off, they sent someone to my home to look around and take pictures without notifying me. I got a notification from a camera to find someone snooping around, assumed it was Allstate and called, they said they would check and let me know and never called me back. Then after a month of coverage they raised my home insurance by over 25% without notifying me or giving me an explanation. I tried to call and figure out why but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never received a call back. I tried to call again a few weeks later and still got no answer. I will be shopping around for a different insurance provider.
