    I have been renting from Matt for 10 years now .He's a great landlord that cares about his properties on the inside as well as the outside .They are clean and well kept.If there's ever any issues Matt takes care of it quickly.I would definitely recommend him as a landlord .

    I have never had to file a claim however Phillip Tyler and his staff provides poor customer service. My interactions have not been great in the 3 months I have had Allstate through Phillip Tyler. First off, they sent someone to my home to look around and take pictures without notifying me. I got a notification from a camera to find someone snooping around, assumed it was Allstate and called, they said they would check and let me know and never called me back. Then after a month of coverage they raised my home insurance by over 25% without notifying me or giving me an explanation. I tried to call and figure out why but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never received a call back. I tried to call again a few weeks later and still got no answer. I will be shopping around for a different insurance provider.
